Don’t just take my word for it that my pieces are wonderful, read what some of my lovely customers have to say and have a nosy at some photos of what I created for them.
“I just wanted to say a massive thank you for my dress and veil. It was exactly want I wanted! Also thanks for all your support through the wedding planning process. Matt was blown away, I think the first thing he said to me was I totally understand why you wanted to have your dress made now! I had so many comments about how amazing the dress was and I felt great in it. Thank you Lucie!!”

“Lucie, who made my dress, was so bubbly and just understood what I wanted from the moment she met me. I looked everywhere for the dress I had in my mind but in the end I knew it had to be made as I was very specific about what I wanted! I thought getting a dress made would be really expensive and out of the question, but Lucie was very realistic and although it was one of the things splashed out on, it cost us under £1000 for my dress and shoes!”
“Thank you so much for making my perfect dress, I can’t describe how amazing it made me feel!”

“Thank you so much for making me such a beautiful dress and head piece.
From the very start you made me feel like a real Princess and that continued all the way to the wedding day.
I looked forward to every consultation, especially seeing the dress evolve over time into my dream wedding dress.
Thank you again!”

“I was recommend to Lucie Green by a jewellers in Central Milton Keynes when looking for my head dress from my wedding. I wanted something different and unique. After visiting Lucie I was soo excited, I knew I wanted one of her custom made bohemian headpieces for my wedding. She was soo lovely and listened to every thing I asked for. When lucie finally made my headpiece I could have cried! It was everything that I wanted, it was stunning! And her prices were fantastic and affordable! I felt like a bohemian princess on my wedding day, thanks to Lucie! The headpiece even got me featured on the front cover of Bedfords county magazine! I would highly recommend Lucie to anyone as she is a truly talented lady.”
“From start to finish, you have made this the most wonderful experience!
You have completely understood all of our ideas and have made the dress beyond PERFECT!
Thank you for making our wedding dress dream come true!”

“Lucie Green made my dress. I was so lucky to know Lucie from before, and when I told her my theme, she said she had an idea, and it was perfect. I did not originally think I wanted a big skirt, but I knew I wanted it to be blue, for my ‘something blue’, and to mimic Alice’s dress in wonderland.”
“I have seen Lucie Green’s work in the past, and knew I wanted my dress from there. It seemed so special to me to have a dress designed especially for the bride. I only tried on about four other styles, before the designing process began. Once I decided I wanted the big skirt, I talked with Lucie and my mum, about colour scheme. My original thoughts were white, but later, speaking to my mum, she convinced me to ask about blue. This would double as my ‘something blue’ for the wedding, and was particularly ‘Alice’ esque! I didn’t take much persuading, and I got to choose my beading design on the bodice, and the exact shade of powder blue that I was looking for.”

Emanuela had already bought her dress by the time she came to see me at the boutique so she wanted a head dress creating that would really complement the beading on her dress.
So I designed and created the “Gatsby” for her. A gorgeous beaded head piece using gold and silver beads and Swarovski crystals to bring out the colours in her Ralph Lauren sandals. I also put her Mum’s vintage veil back onto a comb for her and added crystals to make it twinkle as she made her way down the aisle. A pair of my pretty little ballet pumps all beaded and sequinned to match her beading on her dress finished the look so she could dance the night away in style!
Emanuela’s wedding has since been featured on the fantastic “Love my Dress” blog. You can read the post here
Emily wanted a relaxed but glamorous gown that she could dance the night away in. She wanted to look elegant and classic and show off her amazing figure. So I created this beautiful relaxed fishtail gown with a lace back and pearl buttons all the way down the back. It looks simply stunning on her.
Alice and Shauna
Alice and Shauna wanted dresses that would complement each other, but also their own personalities. They wanted dresses that were floaty, feminine and also comfortable to wear. It was such a pleasure working with them, and they both looked so incredibly beautiful on their big day.
I also created their head dresses for them, which complemented not only their dresses, but their personalities too.
“Thank you so much for all your help and support with our wedding day. You were able to make all of my ideas into reality and even more beautiful than I could imagine. Thank you!”
“I can’t thank you enough for making my wedding dresses look so amazing, truly one of a kind! You are so talented at what you do, you are such a superstar. I felt so special on my big day so thank you so much.”
“I wanted to say thank you for making my amazing dress. As you know I’d spent a while before I visited your shop trying to find a blue wedding dress and it was purely by accident that two family friends stumbled across your shop after being evacuated from Tesco during a fire alarm!
I couldn’t believe that after speaking to you for a short period of time you just sketched what was in my head. I’d pretty much given up hope of ever finding ‘my dress’.
“I would especially like to thank you for taking the time to check the dress still fitted after we had to postpone the wedding due to my operation, you really put my mind at ease.
I describe you to people as my Wedding Fairy Godmother. Dress, Veil, Tiara, Shoes, Handbags, you do it all!”
“Hi Lucie, just wanted to say a big thank you for sorting my dress and headband (in super fast time!). It was just what I wanted and looked really lovely. We’re stood outside Graceland here and found out that Elvis and Priscilla got married on the same date!! Let’s hope the marriage lasts longer than theirs did.”
Thanks again, Jo”
“Thank you very much for creating just the right look and feel for my wedding dress.
When I first visited I wasn’t entirely sure how I wanted my dress to look. Working from the few ideas I did have, I was amazed at how you carefully and patiently worked with me to bring my design to life in a sketch. It was incredible how quickly it took shape from there. Choosing fabrics was easy and all the little details along the way seemed to come together so effortlessly. The fittings were exciting and you’d thought of everything – including shoes! I was thrilled with the final result and felt fantastic on my special day. Thanks again for your attention to detail and for keeping me calm!
Calm, great design ideas, brilliant eye for detail, friendly, professional and oh – did I say calm?!”
